A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Remove the skin from the pears, divide them in half, core them, cut them into narrow slices and cover the shortcrust pastry with them.
Spread 120 g of butter flakes evenly on top and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
Bake at 160 degrees in a heated oven for about 30-35 min.
