For the pasta with bell pepper sauce, boil the pasta until soft and strain. Wash and finely dice the carrots and puree. Peel the peppers and tomatoes, remove the core and seeds, dice very finely and sauté in a little butter.

Add salt and carrot puree, deglaze with water and cook until soft, stirring frequently. Finely chop parsley and add. Finely puree the sauce and pour over the noodles. Ready are the noodles with bell pepper sauce.
