Tip – Information:

Rich in vitamin C, minerals and fiber:

This recipe can be made just as well with other citrus fruits such as clementine, satsuma, tangerine, grapefruit, limquat, tangerine or orantique. In addition to minerals, fiber and essential oils, citrus fruits also contain flavonoids (free radical scavengers) and carotenoids (in the peel). However, they are valued above all for their high vitamin C content.

Whether as a morning pick-me-up, for a late brunch or as an aperitif – citrus fruits are not only healthy, but are also excellent as a refreshing mixed drink at any time of day.
