For the egg-salami salad, peel the cucumber and cut into cubes.

Cut the potatoes into slices.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into eighths.

Cut the salami, the gherkins and the Gouda into small cubes.

Peel the skin from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Remove the seeds.

Mix the salad ingredients together.

For the dressing, mix the yogurt and the cream with the olive oil until smooth and add the ketchup, the currant jelly, the lemon juice and the vinegar. Season to taste with the spices.

Arrange some lettuce leaves on a salad platter, place the salad ingredients on top. Pour over the dressing and top with the egg pieces.

Serve the egg and salami salad immediately.
