Instructions:

Dressing: Stir ingredients together and season with herb salt, pepper and paprika powder.

Leaf salad: Rinse red lentil sprouts and drain well. Clean spinach, rinse, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Mix spinach and kohlrabi with dressing and garnish with red lentil sprouts.
