Briefly boil the pulp of the vanilla pod with the sugar and the milk. Then sprinkle in the wheat semolina while stirring and allow to swell over medium heat for four to five minutes. Remove the semolina from the stove and add the yogurt. Mix the berries and the strawberries, marinate them with a mixture of the powdered sugar and the juice of one lemon. Arrange the fruits decoratively on the semolina and garnish with mint.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
