For the curd yogurt slices with fresh berries, prepare a sponge dough according to the basic recipe and let it cool.
For the cream, soak the gelatine in cold water. Wash the fresh berries and drain well, putting a handful on the side for decoration.
Mix the curd with yogurt, vanilla sugar, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Add the juice and zest of half a lemon. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in the remaining lemon juice, add a little cream, mix well and then quickly stir into the curd yogurt cream.
Finally, carefully fold in the berries and chill the cream until it is thick enough to spread. Spread the cream evenly on the sponge cake base and decorate the curd yogurt slices with the remaining berries.
