For the minced roast, pour water or milk into a wicker. Peel and finely dice onions. Heat oil in a pan and sauté diced onions over medium heat until light brown.

Add herb salt, pepper, parsley, garlic flakes and chili to milk. Grate grain tip and add to it as well, stir well. Add the diced onion to the mixture as well, mix with the meat.

Grease a shallow roasting pan and spread the meat mixture in it, flatten and sprinkle with the cheese.

Cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Put the roaster in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and cook the roast for about 40 minutes.

Remove the lid or foil and finish baking for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
