For the yogurt cream, place berries in a saucepan and thaw on lowest setting. Prepare gelatin in cold water according to package directions.

Squeeze lemon and stir juice into the yogurt. Squeeze gelatin leaves and dissolve in the pot with the berries.

Stir everything into the yogurt. Fold in the whipped cream and serve the yogurt cream.
