Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain peaches well, then puree with a blender.
Dissolve the dripping gelatin over low heat. Mix peach puree, orange juice, juice of one lemon and honey.
Level the dissolved gelatin with 2 tablespoons of the fruit puree, then pour the remaining gelatin into the puree while stirring.
Pour everything into the mold drained with cold water and let it set in the refrigerator.
Turn the fruit jelly out onto a board or possibly the surface (to make it easier to remove from the mold, place a wet-hot towel on top).
Cut out with cookie cutters. Or spread the jelly evenly onto custard cups and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
