For the cabbage soup, peel the potatoes and chop the garlic cloves, cook both in the soup for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through. Wash the savoy cabbage.

Remove stalk and slice into small strips, add to potatoes and simmer for about 5 min. Add salt and pepper. Stir in 4 tablespoons olive oil and serve garnished with parsley.
