Instructions:

For the Pulled Pork with rice, first prepare the Pulled Pork. For this, press the garlic. Wash the meat and pat dry.

Mix the garlic, barbecue spices, paprika powder, honey, apple juice, beef broth, salt and pepper together well. Place the meat in the marinade and marinate in it for about 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat on all sides. Roast in the oven at 120 °C top/bottom heat for about 60-90 minutes.

When the meat is cooked through, tear into small pieces with 2 forks.

For the rice, boil water with salt, add rice and simmer on low heat until cooked. Mix in the butter.

For the side dish, sauté spinach with butter and garlic. Hard boil the eggs in boiling water for about 7 minutes.

Serve the Pulled Pork with rice, eggs and spinach. Baste with meat-roasting juices and serve.
