Dice the pork neck, season with salt and pepper. Brown it in a frying pan with a little oil. Now extinguish with the mild beer as well as the whipped cream and add the honey (1 to 2 tsp. according to choice) to the sauce. Brew the whole thing and then season with salt and pepper.

Serve with farmhouse bread and a cool (black) beer.
