Instructions:

First, dip the apricots briefly in boiling water, rinse in ice water and peel.

Quarter the apricots, remove the seeds and puree very finely with a hand blender, then pass through a hair sieve.

Mix yogurt with sugar, add apricot puree and liqueur.

Fill the yogurt with apricots into glasses.
