For the raspberry yogurt ice cream, first stir together the fructose, yogurt, milk and lemon zest. Select raspberries, puree and sieve.

Whip the cream until stiff. Mix everything together. Freeze in freezer, stirring occasionally. Portion the raspberry yogurt ice cream into dessert bowls.
