(*) Spanish appetizers – tapas Make a kind of shortcrust pastry with salt, flour, butter and milk and leave to cool for 30 min. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3mm and cut out 8cm rings with a pastry cutter. Form a little filling in the center. Brush the upper edge with egg yolk and fold into a half moon like a ravioli.

Press the dough firmly with a fork. Bake in 160 °C hot olive oil for 4 min.
