Instructions:

For the cranberry and cream rolls made from wine dough, knead flour, butter, salt and wine into a smooth dough and let rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Roll out the dough thinly and wheel strips about 1.5cm wide with a pastry wheel. Roll these onto foam roll forms, overlapping. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and slide off the foam roll molds.

For the cream, whip the cream until semi-solid, add the cranberry jam, rum and cream stiffener and whip to a stiff cream.

Use a piping bag with a large nozzle to pipe the cream into the cooled wine dough rolls. Sprinkle the cranberry and cream rolls with powdered sugar before serving.
