For the stuffed cucumbers, soak the rolls in lukewarm water, squeeze and mix well with the eggs, minced meat, salt, pepper and thyme and knead in breadcrumbs until desired firmness.

Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Season the cucumber halves with garlic, pepper and salt and fill with the mince.

Spread the mince with mustard, top with onion and tomatoes and place the stuffed cucumbers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Sprinkle the stuffed cucumbers with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes.
