Clean, rinse and coarsely chop the cabbage. In a saucepan, bring half of the water to a boil. Season with the grained clear soup. Pour in cabbage and do 5 min. Remove cabbage and drain in a colander. Remove peel from apple, remove core and dice flesh. Add to cabbage form.

Mix the minced meat seasoning mixture into the other half of the water. Add the meat together with the parsley. Mix everything well. Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Grease a pudding or possibly a cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Add cabbage, minced meat and potatoes one after the other, finishing with cabbage leaves. Press each layer well until smooth. Seal or cover with aluminum foil if necessary. Make in a water bath for one hour. To do this, place the mold in a saucepan. Fill with enough boiling hot water until the mold only peeks out two finger widths. Turn out onto a plate before serving.
