Instructions:

Bring water, granulated sugar and the juice of the lemon to a boil and simmer until the liquid is about 150 ml.

Wash and sort strawberries and puree with the cooled sugar water, pour into an ice cream maker and create ice cream. The mass must be cold for this!

Whip the cream and serve with the strawberry sorbet.
