Instructions:

Drain chickpeas over a colander, cool and drain well. Skin garlic and chop finely. Combine chickpeas and garlic with soup, juice of one lemon, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Stir in minced parsley or mint. Toast sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat until light brown.

Clean kohlrabi, cucumber, carrots and fennel bulbs, cut into bite-sized pieces and skewer. Serve hummus sprinkled with the sesame seeds with the vegetable sticks.

Our tip: Use young, tender carrots!
