For the strawberry and lemon sorbet, halve and squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with 100ml of water and the sugar. Pour into ice cube molds and freeze. Wash the strawberries and remove the green, then freeze the whole fruit in a freezer bag.

After 3-4 hours, take the strawberries as well as the lemon ice cubes out of the freezer and let them thaw for 10-15 minutes, depending on the outside temperature. You can also put the strawberries in warm water for a few seconds.

Put the strawberries as well as the ice cubes in a powerful blender and blend as finely as possible. Serve the strawberry-lemon sorbet in the lemon bowls.
