Potato Soup with Bean Pods and Tomatoes

Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut onion into cubes and sauté in hot butter. Pour the milk, bring to a boil and bind with mashed potato powder.

Simmer for a few minutes, season with salt, clear soup, pepper, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans and potato cubes.

Peel and seed tomatoes, chop coarsely and add to soup. All together for about five minutes, season again and bring to the table.

This soup is a rich, yet light and hearty stew.
