Peel onion, garlic and potatoes, then cut into small pieces. Clean the green beans and cut them into pieces about 4 cm wide.
Heat lard in a pot, add onion and sauté until translucent. Add tomato paste, garlic and paprika powder, roast briefly and deglaze with water.
Cut canned tomatoes into small pieces, add with the green beans and potatoes, season with the spices and cook until soft.
Stir in the sour cream and serve the green beans immediately.
