Beat the light butter, sugar, salt and eggs with a mixer until creamy. Sift in the wheat flour and baking powder. Preheat the oven to 175 °C / convection oven 150 °C / gas mark 2. Stir the brittle, cashews and chocolate into the batter with a spatula. Using two teaspoons, place mounds of batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle shelf for 10 to 15 minutes.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending, use whichever tastes better to you.
