Instructions:

Heat the milk with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add butter and melt in the hot milk.

Allow the milk-butter mixture to bubble once. Immediately stir in nuts, crumbs and lemon zest.

Remove the nut mixture from the heat and allow to cool slightly. This will cause it to thicken and become a little firmer.
