Remove threads from celery, cut into 2 to 3 cm wide strips, chop green cabbage. Heat fat in saucepan, fry minced meat on 2 or automatic heat 9 to 10, stirring until just gray, add diced onion, apple and celery, sauté. Add bay leaf spice and lentils, extinguish with clear soup, bring to a boil, turn down to 1 or automatic heat 4 to 5, cook in closed saucepan for 40 to 50 min until tender, add seasoning (in Kelomat, cooking time is reduced to 18 min). Mix yogurt and grated cheese, stir into the lentil dish, just until hot.
