Instructions:

Put garlic cloves on a shish kebab skewer and place in a wide-mouthed bottle with basil leaves.

Fill up with vinegar.

Seal bottle and let steep for 14 days.

Pour vinegar through a fine sieve, fill into the cleaned bottle and seal.
