Mix red wine with sugar in a saucepan and pour in the eggs. The eggs should be completely covered.

Boil the eggs in the red wine-sugar broth for 10 minutes and then let them steep in it for at least 12 hours.

After about 12 hours, remove with a sieve ladle and let the eggs dry.
