For the wholemeal seed bread, crumble the yeast into the water and stir. Mix the flour with the oat flakes, seeds, seeds and spices and spread the yeast water over it.

Knead well and let rise for about 1 hour. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and let rise again for at least 1 hour. Bake at 180 °C for about 50-60 minutes.

The bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped on the surface.
