Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Chop or possibly blend the vegetables. Cover with water and make for a good 2 hours.

Allowed complementary foods:

1st day ANY fruit, except bananas.

2nd day Any vegetables, except peas, beans, hominy.

Day 3 Fruits and vegetables, except bananas and potatoes.

4th day Up to 8 bananas and 8 glasses of milk. (max. 1.5% fat content)

5th day Up to 300g of grilled beef and 8 tomatoes.

6th day Vegetables and lean beef as desired. All vegetables pulled out of water.

Day 7 Long grain brown rice, vegetables and sugar-free fruit juices. Coffee and tea (black, without milk and sugar) in any mass.

This diet soup can be taken as long as desired. Up to 14 half kilos can be lost per week. The system is purified (freed from toxins) without feeling weak or sick. It is recommended by many doctors. So far no negative side effects are known.

Whenever a feeling of hunger arises, return to the soup. Bread and alcohol are absolutely taboo!
