For the vegetable sticks with wedges, boil four potatoes, peel and mash with a masher. Finely dice the onion and coarsely grate the carrots, zucchini and celery.

Mix the vegetables well with the potatoes and parsley in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Knead in the eggs and flour and form small rolls. Fry them in hot oil until crispy on all sides.

For the wedges, wash the remaining potatoes and cut into wedges. Put them in a bowl and drizzle with a little oil, salt, sprinkle with paprika powder and toss well.

Then roast on a tray in a hot oven at 180° C for about 40 minutes. Serve the vegetable sticks with wedges.
