Try this delicious cake recipe:

Cream butter until thick and creamy. Add egg, sugar and salt and mix another time until thick and creamy. Mix flour with baking powder and knead gently until smooth. Roll out the dough onto the bottom of a cake springform pan (26 cm ø) and pull up the sides.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. When the oven is preheated, spread the currants evenly on the dough and bake for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, beat egg whites, sugar and cream stiffener until firm. Spread the snow evenly on the cake taken out of the oven and bake for another 10 min.
