Instructions:

Brown pork tenderloin in fat on all sides.

Bring wine and vegetable stock with the peeled, quartered garlic cloves and shallots and the apricots briefly to the boil. Pour the browned meat into an ovenproof dish and cook covered at 200° Celsius for about 30 minutes.

Remove the meat and cut into slices. Take out the apricots and cut them into quarters. Stir the sauce with a blender, add crème fraîche and cream cheese with a whisk and bring to a boil.

Add the slices of meat and apricots again and place on the table.
