For the wine cream, beat custard powder, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, orange juice, wine and eggs over steam until very fluffy. Place in cold water and beat until cold.

Fold in whipped cream and the finely chopped fruit. Pour into chilled glasses and serve well chilled.
