For the country pork roast, first trim the pork and cut into 4 pieces. Massage with marjoram, caraway seeds and salt. Peel the garlic. Cut one clove of garlic in half. Rub the meat pieces with the intersections of this garlic clove from all sides. Flour the meat.

Peel and dice the onion. Press the remaining garlic cloves. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or coarse cubes.

Heat some oil in a roasting pan and brown the meat on all sides. Add the onion, garlic and tomato paste. After a short time, deglaze with soup and let it boil down a bit. Add the potatoes and frozen vegetables. Cover the roast pork and simmer at low temperature for about half an hour, then serve.
