Our tip. Eat leisurely and chew your food thoroughly with your mouth closed. Eat several small meals a day and skip dinner more often. Avoid foods that are difficult to digest, such as legumes, freshly baked bread, breaded and fried foods.
For prevention: Drink The water mixed with apple cider vinegar (and sweetened with honey to taste) each at meal times. In case of acute discomfort: If you have to regurgitate more often, take 1 tbsp of water with a few drops of apple cider vinegar.
Seasoning: Apple cider vinegar makes many dishes more digestible and easier to digest. It is exceptionally well suited as a seasoning for vegetables, stews, leaf salads, soups, sauces and fish and meat dishes.
