For the durum wheat spaghetti with egg, first turn on the Pastamaker. Pour in durum wheat semolina. Whisk eggs and fill up with water to 190 ml. Start the pastamaker and slowly pour in the liquid.

Once pasta is dispensed, cut off as desired.

Cook the durum wheat spaghetti with egg either immediately in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes (depending on which pasta attachment you used) or hang and let dry.
