Beef Steak with Pesto Sauce

For the pepper pesto:


clean the bean pods, cut off in olive oil form, later melt a flake of butter in it. For the pepper pesto mint leaves, salt and plenty of coarsely ground pepper in olive oil form and crush.

Cut the tomatoes in half, season with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil, place a piece of Gorgonzola on top of the tomatoes, add a basil leaf and let it melt in the stove.

Arrange the tomatoes with the melted gorgonzola on one side of the plate. Mix the beans with the pepper pesto, arrange next to it and place the sliced meat on top. Pour drippings from the meat, a little of the roast stock, soy sauce and a little of the pesto over the meat.
