For the chicken thighs on rosemary potatoes, mix the potato with oil, salt and rosemary and place in a baking dish. Place the thighs rubbed with salt, bell pepper, paprika, marjoram and a trace of oil on top and roast at 180 °C for about 60 min in the preheated oven until crispy.

Place the legs with the inside on the potato at the beginning and turn them over after half of the roasting time. When doing so, mix the potatoes briefly.
