For the Chinese cabbage with bacon, wash and finely chop Chinese cabbage. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes.

Peel onion and chop finely. Cut bacon into strips and fry. Fry onion until translucent, add Chinese cabbage and potato slices.

Pour in the hot beef broth. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and continue steaming the Chinese cabbage with bacon until everything is soft.
