Giant Rösti with Herb Curd Cheese and Salmon

Instructions:

Clean and rinse spring onions, cut into fine rings. Peel potatoes, grate coarsely, mix with onions, egg and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour rösti dough into frying pan, smooth out and roast the underside for 5-7 min. on 2 or automatic heat 8-9 until golden brown. Slide hash browns onto a flat pan lid, turn to the other side using the lid, continue frying for 5-7 min. Roughly chop kitchen herbs. Stir mineral water, curd cheese, sour cream or crème fraiche and chopped herbs, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange hash browns with curd cheese and salmon. Serve garnished with dill.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
