Knead the flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water into a medium-stiff yeast dough and let it rise, covered, in a warm place.halve and pit the olives.roll out the dough into two discs, one slightly larger than the other. Place the larger disc on the greased and floured baking sheet. Spread the olives on top and season with oregano and pepper.Place the second sheet of dough on top, pressing the edges together well and brushing the patty with olive oil. Prick the surface several times with a fork and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
