For the Caesars Burger, first prepare the sauce. Shred half of the Parmesan and finely grate the other half.

Mix well the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, balsamic cream, the grated Parmesan and the very finely chopped anchovy fillet. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Fry the chicken cutlets in a little butter and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the ciabatta, wash the lettuce leaves.

Assemble: bottom ciabatta, sauce, lettuce, chicken cutlets, tomato, sauce, nuts, parmesan shavings and top ciabatta.

Serve the Caesars Burger.
