Cut the poultry meat into fine slices or strips. Peel the melon, cut it into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut into narrow slices at the beginning and then into strips. Peel and finely dice the young onion. Clean the lettuce leaves, rinse and drain well.
Make the sauce with the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and peanut oil.
Mix all the ingredients for the lettuce (except the lettuce leaves) and marinate with the sauce.
Place the lettuce leaves on plates, arrange the chicken salad on top and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Serve: Toast or crusty bread, butter.

(*) (Mk) The poultry meat or chicken breasts can be cooked in chicken broth or steamed.
(**) (Mk) If the sesame seed is dry-roasted, its taste value increases considerably.
(***) (Fwe) Depending on the season, pears, kiwis, mangoes or peaches can be used instead of melon.
