For the winter salad, wash and chop the sauerkraut and Chinese cabbage. Peel and fillet the orange. Finely dice the onion and mix everything together.

Chop chives and parsley, peel garlic and chop as well.

Mix herbs, garlic, sour cream, oil and mustard to a dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the vegetables and fruit into a salad and pour the dressing over them. Serve the winter salad.
