A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Stir flour and dissolved yeast with the dough hook. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead dough until it becomes smooth and shiny. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 2 hours.

Then either braid the dough into 2 braids or form 2 snails. Place the snails or braids on a baking tray, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in the oven heated to 175-200 °C for 3/4 hour.
