Weisswurstradln on Lentil Vegetables

1. soak the lentils in water for one night. Cut off the onion and smoked bacon. Sauté the bacon and onion cubes in 1 tbsp oil until translucent. Add the lentils, stir in the paradeis pulp and fill up with clear soup. Simmer gently for about 30 minutes.

2. dice vegetables and stir in, season with 1 pinch of marjoram and cook in 1O min until done. Season with chopped garlic, vinegar, brown butter, salt and pepper.

Skin the white sausages and cut them diagonally into liters/2 cm thick slices. Beat the egg with flour until smooth and season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Turn half of the white sausage slices in it at the beginning and then in the bread crumbs on the other side. Turn the other half in mustard at the beginning, then in flour on the other side. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen roll.

Serve the lentils with the Weisswurstradln.

Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
