For the cream polenta, first boil the milk and cream with the spices and then stir in the polenta. Bring to the boil, stir and leave to swell for about 10 minutes.

Before serving, season to taste and, if necessary, add a little more cream to make a creamy mass. Finally, drizzle with a little pumpkin seed oil.
