A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp, including the black seeds.

Mix the sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, crème fraîche and coconut milk with the removed passion fruit until smooth.

Scoop out a rectangular or round baking dish. Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of three mm on a lightly floured surface and spread it out in the prepared baking dish, pulling the pastry up three cm all around. Prick the bottom of the pastry regularly with a fork.

Spread the filling evenly on the dough base and spread it smoothly. Garnish with dough scraps to taste.

Meanwhile, bake the coconut slices in the oven heated to 180 °C on the second rack from the bottom for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool and enjoy as fresh as possible.
